This statute defines ALAVERDUM STATE COLLEGE The main rules, objectives, powers and organizational structure of the state non-profit organization (SNCO). The college operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and this charter is aimed at the effective organization of educational processes, transparency and protection of students' rights.

A. GENERAL BODIES

1. College name and type
   1.1 The official name of the college is ALAVERDUM STATE COLLEGE:
   1.2 The College is a state non-profit organization (SNCO) subject to the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
   1.3 The college provides secondary vocational education in accordance with state educational programs.
2. College goals and objectives
   2.1 Provision of state educational services and implementation of secondary vocational educational programs.
   2.2 Increasing the level of knowledge, skills and qualifications of students.
   2.3 Continuous improvement of the educational process and introduction of educational innovations.
   2.4 Accessibility and equality of education for all students, regardless of social status, race, and religious affiliation.

Բ. ՔՈԼԵՋԻ ԿԱՌՈՒՑՈՒՄԸ

1. Տնօրենի և կառավարման մարմիններ
   1.1 Քոլեջի բարձրագույն ղեկավար մարմինն է Տնօրենը: Տնօրենի պաշտոնը ընտրովի է:
   1.2 The governing bodies of the College are:
   • The Council
   • Executive bodies (Sources, composition of the board)
   • Election Commissions
2. Academic departments and specialties
   2.1 The college implements a number of professional educational programs that cover various fields: technology, medicine, economics, etc.
   2.2 Modernization of educational programs and their alignment with market requirements.

C. STUDENTS' RIGHTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

1. Student rights
   1.1 Students have the right to obtain high-quality education, to participate in translation work, and to participate in educational and research projects.
   1.2 Students also have the right to participate in college governance issues and submit proposals for improving educational processes.
2. Student responsibilities
   2.1 Students are required to follow college rules, combine academic work, and attend classes.
   2.2 Provide internal discipline, participate in tests and exams according to the schedule.

D. FUNCTIONS AND STATE CHARGES

1. Educational programs
   1.1 The college provides secondary vocational education using new approaches in the field of education.
   1.2 All educational programs are aligned with the state standards of the Republic of Armenia.
2. College management methods
   2.1 Basic planning and management functions will be carried out using current procedures.

E. FINANCIAL AND LEGAL ACTIVITIES OF THE COLLEGE

1. Financial activities
   1.1 The College is financed from the state budget, as well as from other financial sources.
   1.2 The financial activities of the College are subject to transparent control through accounting audits.
2. Observations on the functions of educational programs
   2.1 The financial programs being implemented are subject to delivery in accordance with the established procedure.
